Sara Hodges claims in her review that it doesn’t blend food ingredients such as beets, carrots, chia seeds, and apples well enough. Most of it is left hard and she ended up chewing them along. Plus, she couldn’t activate the NutriBullet Lean’s macroblast mode making the drinks grittier.

Another NutriBullet Lean review by Hubert Bates states that the design of the system is not done right. After using it for 4 times, the cup got stuck in the base unit and didn’t come off. Also, the motor is constantly affected due to leakage since the cup is placed upside down for blending. He warns not to overfill the cup even by a tablespoon as it can result in a huge mess.
Chris Hanson says that NutriBullet Lean makes louder noise after some time has passed by. Also there is no milling blade available for this model.

Nutri Ninja REVIEW

According to Devin Kelly’s review, the lids and base of Nutri Ninja are difficult to screw on the cups. The quality of all the containers and lids slowly wear off. Even the blade assembly’s bearings became loose and the liquid started to leak out of the bottom. Lastly, his review states that Nutri Ninja’s motor began to smell and smoke started coming out of it in just few months of use.

A user, Tricia Hanes writes in her Nutri Ninja review that she found is complicated to use in comparison to the regular Ninja Pro. Her plastic cups warped after placing them in the top shelf of the dishwasher. She also noticed some burning smell coming out of the motor while it blends.

A user Kay Pittman warns other users in her NutriBullet Max review that one cannot simply drink from the cups used for blending. These are too large and adding ice to them requires guessing the quantity to avoid any type of leakage or uneven smoothie. Her review also complains that the stainless steel cup of NutriBullet Max is useless since it is massive and doesn’t fit in a regular cup holder.

Another NutriBullet Max review by Jackie Simon cautions the users saying the auto-on feature is flawed since it turns on even before the cup is locked in its place. Also, it is difficult to force down the locking for short people and elderlies.
