Firstly clean and dry your skin. Place the device lightly on the skin and move it in a slow circular or back and forth motion in the area you are treating until the device turns off. Turn device back on and treat the next area. Divide your face into four areas. This means you are treating the left side around the eyes and on the forehead for three minutes until the light turns off. Then move on to the cheek and jawline, as well as around the mouth on the left side. Then, repeat the same on the other side.
Treatment is 3 minutes in each area, 5 times per week for 8-12 weeks (depending on age) and after 12 weeks you can continue to do treatments up to 5 times per week or just maintenance treatments of 2-3 times per week.

Light therapy, or Phototherapy, is the treatment of a disorder by exposure to specific wavelengths of light using light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Photo-stimulation was first discovered in the 1960s. European scientists used light beams of specific wavelengths and frequencies to treat damaged cell tissues. Today, that technology has been attached into portable, light-emitting diodes (LEDs) hand-held units, and full-body units. Light is energy that moves in a wave pattern and it is characterized by its wavelength in the electromagnetic spectrum.
Visible wavelengths-Red, Blue, and Amber, and Infrared, which is invisible to the human eye, have been shown to effect at least 24 different positive changes at a cellular level. Visible light penetrates tissue to a depth of about 8-10 mm. It is extremely effective in treating problems close to the surface such as skincare, wounds, cuts, scars, trigger and acupuncture points and is particularly beneficial in the treatment of infections. Infrared light (904nm) penetrates to a depth of about 30-40mm which makes it more effective for bones, joints, deep muscle, etc.

Compare REVIEWS: RejuvaliteMD vs Baby Quasar vs Revive Light Therapy
Reviews assert that with an olive skin tone and 30 minutes of use as per instructions there were big brown patches on both sides of the nasolabial folds.
This is a very expensive device that does absolutely nothing for wrinkles and uneven skin. It is a big waste of both money and time.
Saw no improvement in skin after going through all the contortions to place the device.
1. The head is too small 2. The glasses are a big problem. The plastic material allows too much light in. With the glasses wrapped in foil and then in cloth it works. The glasses are cheap plastic – it broke on the side and had to mend it before use.
The oval shaped head is not truly suitable for treating a face.
This light is seriously painful with these glasses on (eyes closed makes no difference).
The worse thing is that it does not have a manual.
The intensity is probably not what you would get at the dermatologist office. Not sure if you need to use it for a longer period of time to measure results.
Disappointed in the quality for the price paid, the head that holds the light panel has gotten loose.
The red light panel is connected to the base through a completely flexible but sturdy rod. It’s well designed but the red light panel may not hold up over time since it is extremely lightweight. It is definitely one of the better red light therapy units. Most are very small.
Baby Quasar REVIEWS
Baby Quasar reviews reveal that Baby Quasar was used every day for 2 weeks and there was no change.
It pulled on the skin while moving it around.
Haven’t seen any results using it a little more than a month but can’t say it doesn’t work because it takes time with this technology.
It does get quite warm and worry about the light damaging the eyes.
Very time consuming and you have to be consistent with it or it is just a waste of time.
Warning: This does step up the time of your nightly facial routine. You have to be willing to hang with it.
Revive Light Therapy REVIEW
According to Revive Light Therapy reviews Revive Light Therapy is very uncomfortable to use. It does not sit on the stand. It also does not come apart.
It is pretty pricey. It does seem to make a slight difference if used regularly.
Used Revive Light Therapy every day for the last 3-4 months but have not noticed any difference in the skin tone and/or texture.
It would be nice if it was easier to use in a reclining position. The table top easel works well, but the subtle warmth from the lights make you want to doze off occasionally.
