  1. I have purchased Fuller a brush products in the past, as well as my mother and grandmother (from the door-to-door) salesman). I have expected the same old fashioned quality, but this was a big disappointment. The product is wimpy plastic, the turn mechanism in back doesn’t lock so it constantly moved. I have an odd window in my bathroom that I thought this would be perfect for, but the turning of the pad was horrible, preventing a smooth squeegee. I also have huge ceiling to sink mirrors that looked streaky from using the squeegee part. I use an industrial liquid window that leaves my mirrors crystal clear, but with the pane Dr I had to redo them by hand because of all the streaks. The rough sided pad works ok, but once the smooth cloth cleaning pad gets wet, it’s worthless. I bought 2 sets, one for my inside windows and one for the outside. The second set, not used, is going to Goodwill. Wish I could return.

  2. What a ripoff…. they make it sound like such a great deal, but it’s not! We were misled and saw charges for over $80! Tried to stop the order before it even shipped and they claim they couldn’t stop it! I not only had to pay $15 to return this crap and they only refunded me $50……
So it cost us almost $50 for nothing…. don’t order
They probably have it at Walmart anyway.

  3. Do not order! This is a scam company!
No return and you have to pay shipping!
Call and an automatic system sends you more than what you ordered! Worst company ever!

This product is a scam. We ordered two sets of the product (Pane Dr.) and received four. Shipping was outrageous! We called them twice and they were not willing to help us with return postage for the two we DID NOT order. We thought Fuller Brush Co. was a reputable company – guess we were wrong. What kind of a company does business like this???? Cannot recommend this company to anyone.

  5. I placed an order on March 24, 2018. Your web site did not show the total until after I hit submit (like a dummy!!) When I saw the total I gasped!! What should have been 72.43, which represents the items that I ordered, was 121.38!!!! I called today, 3/26/18 and spoke with Ross, ID RG, who told me he could not adjust or edit the order and that I would have to call for return info when I got it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and would you believe there was not one there!! I called my credit card company and when this post I will call them back and they will dispute the balance of $48.95. I am so disappointed in Fuller Brush Company!!!
