    1. This machine absolutely works. When I first started I could do like 30 reps, maybe 3 sets.

      Now I’m on 100 reps 4-5 sets.

      I’m 60yo and I must tell you I feel fantastic after I finish my workout.

      I’m definitely building muscle, and can absolutely feel my fitness and week being improving on a daily basis.

      I exercise every 2nd day, because you absolutely have to give your muscles a day test in between.

      I start with a good half hour stretch because my back is stuffed.
      Then onto the machine.

      So what I do is I start on the side grip 20reps, then bottom grip 20 reps, then right on the top 20 reps, then 10, 10, 10 middle grip, bottom grip and then top, then 5, 5 and that makes my 100reps.
      I stop 3/4 minutes….take a breath then do another set. I do 4 sets, I sweat, and if I’m feeling good I do a 5th set.

      I can’t get a palm up grip to work biceps, so other gross are not bad.

      I’ve been doing it for about a month, I had one machine break and they replaced it.

      I know keep the bed behind me, if it breaks Ill land hopefully on the bed. Last time was kinda painful, plus I was exhausted and my reaction time was slow.

      So I’m going to try diet and push to build more than 100 reps and just see how fit I can get.
      I can tell you I have a hop in my step and most definitely fitter.

      For me it’s very similar to hi intensity training.

      It builds muscle shoulders and back, for me.
      Legs definitely work.

      I am very familiar with exercise and this machine is good. Just don’t push too much because it’s a real workout, and you need to want to come back and train consistently, and this is not a pleasant experience!!!

    2. I found it extremely easy to piece together, hubbie completed the final tightening once the machine was assembled. Assembly took roughly 30 mins. Instructions were great and easily understood. Operation is easy enough, managed 6 sessions of 12 on all 3 positions in roughly 15 mins, was exhausted and out of breath, clearly I’m very unfit lol. Sweat was trickling down my back, all in all a great first workout. Didn’t feel it so much in my legs however I am quite sculpted in my legs, my arms however had a great workout but it is by far the least excersize muscles on my body. Impressed!

    4. Firstly it’s not worth £80. Should be in the region of £40 perhaps.

      I’m a fit 63 year old female and I could only do 2 minutes on this before I had to get off and found it extremely tough and felt it more on my arms than legs very unfit people will find this piece of equipment extremely tough to begin on and perhaps off putting. However I’m going to build up and do a little each day as I’m not new to exercise. It certainly let’s you know your fitness status. It states you can do under hand grip but I found that difficult to position my hand grip on the bars. Very fiddly to peice together and seems flimsy. I will persevere with it but didn’t think it would be so hard to use as they make it look so easy on the TV.
