I bought one of these from Groupon and was champing at the bit to try it out. I started small with buffalo wings. Used McCormick Hickory BBQ Buffalo Wing spice pack, tossed wings in the mix and arranged on the mesh rack. 375 for 25-30 minutes produced yummy, juicy but perfectly cooked wings with no added oil. Cleanup was a snap. You can do ribs, roast chicken and turkey, all sorts of stuff. Next on my list to try are ribs and then fish and chips. I think this is a keeper! Look for Groupon or other similar deals
