OMG!! I received my Milana bras today at work. I pulled of the bra I had on and put on one of the Milana bras!!! OMG!! nothing cutting into me. I can breathe and not tug at the bra at all!!!

I purchased the “Genie Bra’s”, and they just don’t support a size 40DDD. I couldn’t return them because I had 3 major surgeries in 15 months & I had only worn 1 of “6″ I had purchased. Time had run out to return them and honestly, t had really forgotten about them after all the surgeries. My back surgery put me in bed for 6 weeks, then I had to learn to walk all over again. Then my pain pump went out & had to be replaced, then I fell & had to have an emergency knee replacement. I would like to try this Milana Bra if I could exchange the Genie for the Milana Bra. It looks like it would fit better, give more support & lift. I have all of the problems of all large busted women.Bra’s underwires dig in, poke out in back, cut in my shoulders & just uncomfortable! Please help me, I spent $89.00 or more on the Genie Bra’s & couldn’t even make them work. Now I have lost 73 lbs, but still wear a 38-40DD. I have 2 white, 2 nude & 2 black Genie Bra’s & would exchange for 3 Milana Bra’s, if they work like they present.
How disappointing you do not ship to Canada. Go through the entire order process to be declined at the end because you do not announce on t.v.up front that you do not ship to Canada. Looks like a wonderful product, don’t make us miss out, make arrangements to ship to Canada even if we have to pay shipping!

I ordered three bras size 44d and they do not fit. Your customer tn# does not answer. I have spent hours trying to get through that tn# 1-973-287-5185 and all I get is a busy signal. I want to exchange for a larger size to a 46dd. Is this really a legit tn# or just a rip off for the public. Pls contact me and advise or I will send them back without a required RA# and inform my charge card to remove any credit to your company.

I ordered the six bras, and the 2x did not fit. I returned one set as I had already opened one package, and ordered the 3x, they fit the same, tight, and they mash me down to a very unflattering look, no lift, nor separation, just pancakes. Last week I received back the package I had returned, and now I am getting emails to return the bras, or my account will be charged. I sent an email and have gotten no response, and I used the email address on the customer care site. There is supposed to be a return label attached to the email, but its just their logo. Today is the third day the phone just rings busy. I am returning without the approved return label and asking my bank to reverse the charge and I will not purchase anything from this company again.
I ordered my bras. Oct.8th, rec. them 11-21,12. They do not fit, I have tried calling at least 8-10 times with “no” answer. I have tired e-mailing several times when my e-mails come back. You request an “authorization” to return the merchandise, (bras, & panties) so how can you get one when we are unable to reach you. Yest. (11-23-12) I returned the panties & bra, by “certified” mail, I pd. $11.80 so you would have to “sign” for the return merch.. I received an email on Nov 2nd letting me know that they had received my returned purchase. I was told I was to get my return in a couple of days. Still waiting, email on the Nov 2nd, 12th, 16th and 23th. No answer to email, no answer to calls. Checking on to see if they are members of BBB.

I order my bra around December 2012. It took me two months to finally get them. They are not what is be advertise at all. I kept them. Just before my last and final payment my account got hack. I call customer service on Feb 5, 2013 to give them the new card number to make the final payment and explain why and what had happen with the card that I had use to purchase the bras with. Customer service G 16 took my information and said she would have billing call me, that was on the 5th I waiting for 6 hours no one call so I call customer back this time getting G 27 again explain my situation, she said billing will contact me. I did this for 5 straight days, on the fifth days I ask for a supervisor who name was given as Maria, explain once again, I wanted to make the final payment. She stated billing willing call me. I received an account alert from my bank telling me I had overdraft fees of $70.00 they had send this ACH three time at three different days from Milana Bra, I was totally outrage by this after I had try for 5 days to clear this matter up, then I got a call from billing until Feb. 21 ask for payment, I talk with Ricky who said he was a supervisor and he needed my card number. I ask him who was going to pay for these overdraft fees of $70.00, I owed $34.97 and this was my final payment. I try to email customer service but it came back not deliver. I need help. You found the Corp. Office phone number but no one answer it.

I have been trying to get the right size bras for 3 months now, when I finally get someone on the phone she said she was sorry they were backordered & she had no idea when they would be in. She said she would give me my last payment free & that very day they charged the the last 2 payments. Have talked to attorney will let you know the outcome. Think its a rip off.
