Did you ever receive your order? I ordered some over the weekend and it bothered me that I never got a confirmation either.
It takes awhile to get your order but they will not take your money or cash your check until item is shipped.
I haven’t received my order neither, no confirmation, shipping and or tracking orders, it has been 10 days now, and I called the 800 and the 973 number all day, speed dialling and it was busy all day. If I don’t get a live person I will report them to Better Business Bureau. Funny thing, I live in NJ, and the headquarters states they are in NJ, so it shouldn’t take them 10 days for shipping.
It takes about 3-6 weeks, I read on the website so you have to pay like $7 for the order to be there 3-5 days.
I received a confirmation but have not seen my Dream Lite. Very disappointed little girl on my hands. Beginning to think this is a royal scam.
I ordered mine on March 26th and received it yesterday, April 3rd. I really needed it for Easter and was very nervous after all the reviews I read. I bought the Target version as a backup. I think it depends on which one you order. I ordered the purple ladybug one and called to check to see if it was back ordered and was told it wasn’t and once it shipped it would take 5-10 days. They were true to their word. Hopefully they are improving.
How did they ship? I got the confirmation and an email stating it shipped. My comp won’t let me track it though. An I don’t have a tracking number
or know who they are sending through. Is it their own or something like FedEx or UPS? does any body know?

I Recommend NOT buying ‘Dream Lites’ This is why.
I bought 2 dream lite pets off the website after seeing the commercial. Three days later the dream lite pets still haven’t been delivered but noticed I have an unrecognized phone number calling me, this number called me approx. 30 times in 8 days, meanwhile my Dream Lite pets still haven’t arrived, after getting sick of the unrecognized phone number calling me 10 times a day I decided to call and find out who it was, well it was Dream Lites, and basically telling me my order should be sent out shortly (it wasn’t even shipped yet) THEN they proceeded to force me over phone telling me I was signed up for some kind of rewards program that is un-related to the product Dream Lites which I ordered, that will bill me 29+ dollars every month after 30 days of receiving my Dream Lites and the contents contained within (the rewards coupons offer) but that can be cancelled after calling the number in the program contained in the package, they had me give my credit card number over the phone twice, made me repeat the last 4 digits of my credit card 4 times, as a way of recording my voice as some part of a verbal contract. This phone call lasted 30 minutes, while I was at work, and My package would not have been mailed until this was done. I Strongly Recommend NOT buying Dream Lites!

ordered one on March 14th. I got an order confirmation, but cannot reach anyone @ the 973 phone number… it’s always busy and when I try to track my order, I get an error message stating “server cannot be found” ! I think we’ve all been scammed !!
I ordered my Dream Lites on March 8, 2012. Nothing yet. I tried both numbers busy all day. Did anyone receive the product yet? I emailed twice no reply.
My mother ordered 2 Dream-Lites on 3/1/2012.. Got a confirmation stating her order and she would not be billed till the items shipped due to back order “but should be in very soon”… Couldn’t track the order for the life of me. Entered the order number, billing info.
Finally found that using the phone number and billing zip worked but stated nothing about the order of the status? I tried calling their (973) number a bunch of times and it just goes straight to busy signal!! Sent them emails and no response. My mother put down her zip code instead of mine in the shipping info. So I can’t even get a hold of anyone to make sure this is corrected along with finding out the status of the order since we wanted them for Easter!
My mother is calling today to see if she was charged or not!
I’ve never dealt with a company like this? When we ordered plain pillow pets we got them? Why advertise if you can’t back up your product and company?!

I ordered the penguin on February 22, 2012 from dreamlites.com. It took them 20 days to let me know it was on back order (that also was the first time I had received any type of order confirmation). I finally got my order today, April 5, 2012. Even if I wanted to, I would never buy from their website again. Find someone else who sells them. Oh, I almost forgot…2 days after placing my order, I got a phone call from a lady at dreamlites.com trying to sell me other “services” such as gas coupons or other stuff I would have to pay for monthly to have their “membership”. After telling her 3 times nicely I did not want the promotional “services”, I threatened to cancel my order. She replied…Fine your order is placed…and she hung up on me. ??? Maybe that is why it took so long to get it. ??? Just beware of ordering from their dreamlite.com website. You may have a great experience elsewhere. I WILL NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN! My daughter was so excited that her dad was buying this for her, he is on deployment so tries to do what he can. It’s been three weeks, and they have taken the purchase out of our account and back in twice now! I just called, and I was on hold for about 10 minutes then I had someone answer and then they put me right back on hold….then I finally got someone just so they could tell me they were having problems with their system and to call back! This is ridiculous!

Ordered online over the weekend. Put the code “DREAM” on the promo code spot to get the 25% off. After I processed the order I found the website ADDED a speaker. I don’t need two speakers. I also did not get the 25% off. Called first thing Monday to correct the issues. After an hour on hold, finally got a hold of the representative. I explained the issues and she was RUDE (BOLD). She told me the order could not be changed even through it had not been shipped yet. The 25% was already taken from the price. Lets see the price was 49.99 and it was discounted to 39.99. Ok THAT is NOT 25%. $49.99 and taking 25% off is $12.50 not $10. FALSE ADVERTISING. I still did not get the discount. They did remove the other speaker after arguing with them for an hour. I was hung up on and still did not get the 25% from the even the $39.99 which is $10.00. Calling back… If I was to do it over and if I had read this first I would not have ordered this…
After reading all of these complaints I have my doubts I will receive this in time for my daughters birthday. Their website tracking SUCKS & trying to call does NOT work, have tried several times & get recorded message then they hang up. I will NEVER ORDER anything that is advertised on TV again, thank you dreamlites for screwing it up for the companies that do HONOR and CARE about their customers.
I have the penguin dream lite and it just disappoints me. The light barely lights up you have to put it up really close to the ceiling.

Had planned on ordering 2 Dream Lites but after reading all of these negative comments I believe I will talk my grand-kids into something else. I don’t believe I read one comment that was a credit to the product. Sorry for the company & for my grand-kids who will be very disappointed.
I am so glad I took the time to read all the reviews.I was going to order 3 of these for my grandchildren not no more.They will eventually end up in stores like everything else does so will wait till then seems really pricey.
Save yourselves the hassle of ordering online. I am on the West Coast and at least 2 drug store chains carry them here (Walgreens and Bartells) at a $24.99 price. It’s a better price, no shipping and if you’re not happy with it, you can do a simple return at the store. I haven’t purchased them for my kids yet which is why I am on this site looking for reviews. Seems most of the problems are with how long it takes to get them. Seriously, go check out you local drug store chain!

I had placed an order for 3 Dream Lites and it did take a while for them to get to me. I did contact them by email and they were quick to respond. And I didn’t get charge until 2 days before my order was shipped out and as soon as they shipped them out I did receive tracking number for FedEx and then it gets transferred over to USPS and it takes about a day or two after that to receive it.
I had a little patience and they did get to me and I received 1 missing a screw but besides that I got all them they are very cute and the kids love them. The price is up there but I think at the end it might be worth it for your child to have a little friend that glazes some light in the dark room to help them fall asleep.
I say yes to Dream Lites and this is a new product so just be patient things happen but I promise you it isn’t a scam and again with a little patience you will receive your item and you will be happy with it.

I bought one for my granddaughter, ordered it July 9,got it the 20th, paid a extra $14.99 to be shipped 3to 5 business days, it wasn’t. Called them and they hang up on me, not only once, but twice. Was going to order another at a later date before that happen but no way, they should pay me back that $14.99 and also I was told they sold them at Walgreens and they’re cheaper. Their ads says not sold in stores, please people dont buy them over the internet. They got me and I am one tick off nana!!

Went to cvs, the Dream Lites are there $29.95. Also the Stompeez house shoes, made by the same company are $19.95. I have spent a total of $80.74, on both of these items, that they said were NOT sold in stores. These were birthday gifts for my grand-daughter, I got robbed. I live off a fixed income, NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A SCAM. PEOPLE BE AWARE!!!

I ordered one for Jaylyn on 6/20/12 and called today to see what was taking so long and how conveniently my order was cancelled while I was on hold (they said ordered cancelled on 8/7/12)but charged on my credit card back in June? Can we say SCAM?
I bought mine from walmart and it didnt work at all it shut right off daughter was bummed and we are taking it back anyone else got there is from walmart if so how did it work I dont know if all of them are like this or if got a bad one.

DREAM LITES IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!! My son received one for Christmas 3 weeks ago and it does not work! The lights will not turn off and there is no basic “off” switch. And they will not just replace it since it was ordered in September. Even though it sat unopened, since it’s past 60 days they will not do anything for me but to offer me free shipping on buying a new one! What a joke! BIG WASTE OF MONEY!!!!
