I ordered the bath mat on 4/28/2012 and have not received the item. What happened to it?
I ordered two of them on MARCH 23, 2012. I got an email that they were on “back order”, but I have not received them nor have they tried to contact me since then. Anyone know what happened to these aqua rug people? Their ad was on TV and I have not seen that again either.
I am wondering the same thing. I order some like in march and haven’t received anything and the invoice i got an email of has no address or phone number?! And all there websites i find are not valid or out of date or expired or the pages doesn’t respond to any type of clicking with the mouse???
I ordered this back in February 2012. Everytime that I have contacted them, they said it was on backorder. I don’t understand why they would be on backorder for 4 months. I cancelled my order. Even thought they never charge my credit card, they still have it.
I ordered some of these rug last August, and have not received them.
I got a phone call a couple of months go and they say that the rugs were on the way but I still have not received them.

I would also like to know if anyone has more recent experience. I have a family member that would like it for Christmas but not sure I want to buy it online. We have a As-Seen-On-TV store in our local mall that I was thinking of stopping in and seeing if they carry them.
Dec. 13 Just saw this Aqua Rug Bath Mat ad on TV and want one but with all these complaints I don’t know! They better have a lot to fill all the back orders plus new orders.
I put a order in Dec I have not seen the rug not heard from them either, I should have known something when I placed my order, I was on the phone with a machine for at least 30min trying to sell me other stuff never one time did a person come , worse experience NEVER AGAIN……..
had the same problem as Meschell. just wanted the rug and was besieged with so many other offers and price cuts when I answered no. should have read the reviews first, I would have not ordered and put myself through all the other BS. I wanted one too but didn’t want to buy from the site because of all the complaints. So I went to my Bed Bath and Beyond store and they had plenty. $19.99 each.
I honestly think they’ve sold them all to stores and that’s why they’re out and backorder. Plus the other Bed Bath and Beyond store said they just got more in while the other store had hundreds.
I have just received four aqua rugs which I ordered. Much more costly than this site advertises. Also the ad on TV says they are guaranteed for ten years. Nothing comes with the rug to say this. Where do I find the guarantee?? Please reply. I believe this would be considered false advertising.
